       We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with the 
     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close debate on the nomination of 
     Fred P. Hochberg, of New York, to be President of the Export-
     Import Bank of the United States.
         Harry Reid, Tim Johnson of South Dakota, Benjamin L. 
           Cardin, Christopher A. Coons, Patrick J. Leahy, Charles 
           E. Schumer, Ron Wyden, Patty Murray, Heidi Heitkamp,
