ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 10, 2013
Ms. WARREN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on
Wednesday, July 10, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use
later in the day; that the majority leader be recognized and that
following the remarks of the two leaders, the time until 12 p.m. be
equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their
designees, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10
minutes each; further, that at 12 p.m. the Senate proceed to vote on
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1238, the
student loan bill.
