PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL ADJOURNMENT OR RECESS OF THE SENATE AND AN
ADJOURNMENT OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to S. Con. Res.
19, which was submitted earlier today.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent
resolution by title.
The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 19) providing for a
conditional adjournment or recess of the Senate and an
adjournment of the House of Representatives.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded
to consider the concurrent resolution.
Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent the concurrent resolution be agreed
to, and the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table, with no
intervening action or debate.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
The concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 19) was agreed to.
