TAIWAN OBSERVER STATUS ACT
Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed
to Calendar No. 90, H.R. 1151.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 1151) to direct the Secretary of State to
develop a strategy to obtain observer status for Taiwan at
the triennial International Civil Aviation Organization
Assembly, and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent the bill be read
the third time and passed, and the motion to reconsider be considered
made and laid on the table, with no intervening action or debate.
