           RECOGNIZING THE SESQUICENTENNIAL OF WEST VIRGINIA

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the 
consideration of S. Res. 181.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 181) recognizing the sesquicentennial 
     of West Virginia and commemorating its history, people, and 
     culture.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent the resolution be agreed to, the 
preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be laid upon the 
table, with no intervening action or debate.
  The resolution (S. 181) was agreed to.
