                      MAKING MINORITY APPOINTMENTS

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to S. Res. 179 and S. Res. 180.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the resolutions by title en bloc.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 179) to constitute the majority 
     party's membership on certain committees for the One Hundred 
     Thirteenth Congress, or until their successors are chosen.
       A resolution (S. Res. 180) making minority party 
     appointments for the 113th Congress.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolutions 
be agreed to and the motions to reconsider be laid upon the table en 
bloc, with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The resolutions (S. Res. 179 and S. Res. 180) were agreed to.
