                    NATIONAL APHASIA AWARENESS MONTH

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to S. Res. 168.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 168) designating June 2013 as 
     ``National Aphasia Awareness Month'' and supporting efforts 
     to increase awareness of aphasia.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be laid on the 
table, with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The resolution (S. Res. 168) was agreed to.
