                UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--S. RES. 65

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that at 4 p.m. on 
Wednesday, May 22, the Senate proceed to the consideration of Calendar 
No. 43, S. Res. 65; that there be 60 minutes for debate equally divided 
and controlled in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of 
that time, the Senate proceed to vote in relation to the resolution; 
that if the resolution is agreed to, the preamble be agreed to and the 
motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, with 
no intervening action or debate.
