UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE NOMINATION
Mr. REID. I now ask unanimous consent that at 2 p.m., the Senate
proceed to executive session to consider Calendar Nos. 40 and 92 en
bloc; that the time until 4:30 p.m. be equally divided in the usual
form, with Senator Baucus controlling the time from 4:15 to 4:30; that
upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate proceed to vote
without intervening action or debate on the nominations in the order
listed, with 2 minutes for debate between the votes; and that the
second vote be 10 minutes in length; the motions to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table, with no intervening action or
debate; that no further motions be in order to the nominations; that
any statements related to the nominations be printed in the Record;
that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and
the Senate resume legislative session.
