RECOGNIZING TEACHERS OF THE UNITED STATES
Mr. BLUMENTHAL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the HELP
Committee be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 126 and
that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

A resolution (S. Res. 126) recognizing the teachers in the
United States for their contributions to the development and
progress of our country.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.

reconsider be made and laid upon the table, with no intervening action
or debate.
