                   ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, MAY 8, 2013

  Mr. BROWN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on 
Wednesday, May 8; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of 
morning business until 10 a.m., with Senators permitted to speak 
therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and 
controlled between the two leaders or their designees; further, that at 
10 a.m. the Senate recess for the joint meeting of Congress with the 
President of the Republic of Korea until 11:30 a.m.; that when the 
Senate reconvenes, the Senate resume consideration of S. 601, the Water 
Resources Development Act, under the previous order.
