COMMEMORATING THE 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THE LOSS OF THE STATE SYMBOL
OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
Mr. BROWN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Judiciary Committee be discharged from further consideration of and the
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 127.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 127) commemorating the 10-year
anniversary of the loss of the State symbol of New Hampshire,
the Old Man of the Mountain.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
Mr. BROWN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the
resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to
reconsider be laid upon the table.
