                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to executive 
session to consider nominations 24, 25, 61, and 89.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the nominations be confirmed 
en bloc, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid on the 
table, there be no intervening action or debate, and that no further 
motions be in order to any of the nominations, any statements be 
printed in the Record, and the President be immediately notified of the 
Senate's action, and the Senate then resume legislative session.

       Christopher J. Meade, of New York, to be General Counsel 
     for the Department of the Treasury.


                DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

       William B. Schultz, of the District of Columbia, to be 
     General Counsel of the Department of Health and Human 
     Services.


                EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION

       Jenny R. Yang, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member 
     of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for a term 
     expiring July 1, 2017.


                      IN THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

       Karol Virginia Mason, of Georgia, to be an Assistant 
     Attorney General.
