  Mr. ROCKEFELLER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Molly 
Crawford, who is on detail to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and 
Transportation, from the Federal Trade Commission, be granted floor 
privileges for the duration of the consideration of S. 743, the 
Marketplace Fairness Act of 2013.
