                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following leader remarks, the Senate will be 
in a period of morning business until 5:30 this evening. Senators will 
be permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each. At 5:30 there will be 
a vote on the motion to proceed to S. 743, the Marketplace Fairness 
Act.
