NOTICES OF HEARINGS
Ms. CANTWELL. Mr. President, I would like to announce that the
Committee on Indian Affairs will meet during the session of the Senate
on April 24, 2013, in room SD-628 of the Dirksen Senate Office
Building, at 2:30 p.m., to conduct a hearing on ``The President's
Fiscal Year 2014 Budget for Tribal Programs.''

SUBCOMMITTEE ON WATER AND POWER
Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, I would like to announce for the
information of the Senate and the public of an addition to a previously
announced hearing before Subcommittee on Water and Power of the
Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at 2:30 p.m., in
room SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
In addition to the other measures previously announced, the Committee
will also consider:
S. 684, to amend the Mni Wiconi Project Act of 1988 to facilitate
completion of the Mni Wiconi Rural Water Supply System, and for other
purposes;
S. 693, to amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and
Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to
participate in the City of Hermiston, Oregon, water recycling and reuse
project, and for other purposes;
and,
S. 715, to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to use designated
funding to pay for construction of authorized rural water projects, and
for other purposes.
Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may
