                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10, 2013

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on 
Wednesday, April 10, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date and the time for the two 
leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any 
leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to 
proceed to S. 649, the gun safety legislation; that the next hour be 
equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their 
designees, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 
minutes each, with the first half controlled by the Republicans and the 
second half controlled by the majority.
