                   ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2013

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on 
Tuesday, April 9; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the time until 11:30 a.m. be 
equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their 
designees, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 
minutes each with the first 30 minutes controlled by the majority and 
the second 30 minutes controlled by the Republicans; further, that at 
11:30 a.m., the Senate proceed to executive session under the previous 
order; and, finally, that the Senate recess from 12:30 p.m. to 2:15 
p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
