  PROPOSAL OF THE INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE BOARD TO 
  ELIMINATE WRESTLING FROM THE SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES BEGINNING IN 2020

  Mr. PRYOR. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent the Commerce 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 37 and 
that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 37) expressing the sense of the 
     Senate in disapproving the proposal of the International 
     Olympic Committee Executive Board to eliminate wrestling from 
     the Summer Olympic Games beginning in the summer of 2020.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. PRYOR. I further ask that the resolution be agreed to, the 
preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be made and laid 
upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection it is so ordered.
  The resolution (S. Res. 37) was agreed to.
  The preamble was agreed to.
