                   ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2013

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday, March 
18, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; 
that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration of 
H.R. 933; further, that the second-degree amendment filing deadline be 
4:30 p.m. on Monday; finally, that notwithstanding rule XXII, the 
cloture vote on the Mikulski-Shelby substitute amendment be at 5:30 
p.m. on Monday.
