  Mr. SCHUMER. We expect the chair and ranking member of the 
Appropriations Committee to make their opening statements on the 
continuing appropriations bill tomorrow at 11 a.m. We expect to begin 
consideration of the bill tomorrow after the recess for the caucus 
meetings.
