                           ORDER OF BUSINESS

Mr. REID. Madam President, we are now going to move to the Brennan
matter. The Republican leader and I are trying to work something out. I
have had numerous contacts from everybody about the problems with the
weather. We are going to try to reach an agreement to move forward on
Brennan and finish it today. I don't know if we can do that, but this
is what we are trying to do.
I suggest the absence of a quorum.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will call the roll.
The assistant legislative clerk proceeded to call the roll.
Mr. BROWN. I ask unanimous consent that the order for the quorum call
be rescinded.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
