EXECUTIVE CALENDAR
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate consider
the following nominations: Calendar Nos. 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33,
34, 35, 36, 37, and 38, with the exception of Calendar No. 28 Colonel
Scott C. Long, and all nominations placed on the Secretary's desk in
the Air Force, Army, and Navy; that the nominations be confirmed en
bloc; the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the
table, with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be
