                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following leader remarks the Senate will be 
in a period of morning business until 5 p.m. today. Following that 
morning business, the Senate will proceed to executive session to 
consider the Chen and Failla nominations to be U.S. district judges, 
both in the State of New York. At 5:30 p.m. there will be two rollcall 
votes on confirmation of these nominations.
