                            RARE DISEASE DAY

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to S. Res. 57.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 57) designating February 28, 2013, as 
     ``Rare Disease Day.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed

to, the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the 
table, and there be no intervening action or debate.
