            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. BLUMENTHAL. I ask unanimous consent that on Tuesday, February 26, 
2013, the Senate proceed to executive session and that the motion to 
proceed to the motion to reconsider the vote by which cloture was not 
invoked on Executive Calendar No. 10 be agreed to, the motion to 
reconsider be agreed to, the time until 12:00 p.m. be equally divided 
in the usual form, and that following the use or yielding back of time, 
the Senate proceed to vote on cloture on the nomination, upon 
reconsideration.
