         RECOGNIZING FEBRUARY 19, 2013, AS CENTENNIAL OF MOSAIC

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent to proceed to S. 
Res. 36.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 36) recognizing February 19, 2013 as 
     the centennial of Mosaic, a faith-based organization that was 
     founded in Nebraska and now serves more than 3,600 
     individuals with intellectual disabilities in 10 States.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be laid upon 
the table with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The resolution (S. Res. 36) was agreed to.
