Resolution for the 113th Congress; the Adoption of Committee Rules for 
the 113th Congress; the Adoption of Committee Rules for the 113th 
Congress; H.R. 307, the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness 
Reauthorization Act of 2013; and the Prematurity Research Expansion and 
Education for Mothers who deliver Infants Early (PREEMIE) Act.
