     CONGRATULATING THE MEMBERS OF DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY, INC.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary 
Committee be discharged from S. Res. 13 and that we now proceed to its 
consideration in the Senate.

       A resolution (S. Res. 13) congratulating the members of 
     Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for 100 years of service to 
     communities throughout the United States and the world, and 
     commending Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for its promotion 
     of sisterhood, scholarship, and service.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution 
be agreed, the preamble be agreed to, the motions to reconsider be laid 
upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
