                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. REID. Madam president, following leader remarks, the Senate will 
be in a period of morning business for 2 hours. The majority will 
control the first half and the Republicans will control the second 
half. At 2:30 p.m. Senator Kerry will be recognized to deliver his 
farewell remarks. We hope to complete action on the debt limit 
legislation very soon.
