                 ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, JANUARY 24, 2013

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it recess until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 
January 24, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be

approved to date and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their 
use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be 
in a period of morning business for debate only until 12 noon, with 
Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each during that time, 
with the majority controlling the first half-hour and the Republicans 
controlling the second half-hour.
