                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2013

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it recess under the provisions of S. Con. 
Res. 3 until 11:30 a.m. on Monday, January 21, 2013, for the Joint 
Session of the Inaugural Ceremonies, and that upon conclusion of the 
joint session, the Senate recess until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 
2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings 
be approved to date and the time for the two leaders be reserved for 
their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the 
Senate be in a period of morning business for debate only until 12:30 
p.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes 
each; and that the Senate recess from 12:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. to allow 
for the weekly caucus meetings.
