FOREIGN AID TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2012
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
suspending the rules and passing the bill (H.R. 3159) to direct the
President, in consultation with the Department of State, United States
Agency for International Development, Millennium Challenge Corporation,
and the Department of Defense, to establish guidelines for United
States foreign assistance programs, and for other purposes, as amended.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentlewoman from Florida (Ms. Ros-Lehtinen) that the House suspend the
rules and pass the bill, as amended.

assistance, and for other purposes.''.
