                  ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2012

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9 a.m. on Friday, 
December 28, 2012; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration 
of H.R. 5949, the FISA bill, under the previous order; and that 
following the disposition of H.R. 5949, the Senate resume consideration 
of H.R. 1, the legislative vehicle for the emergency supplemental 
appropriations bill, under the previous order; and further, that the 
Senate recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for caucus 
meetings.
