IN-HOME MEDICARE COVERAGE
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to H.R. 1845, which was received from the House.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 1845) an act to provide a demonstration
project providing Medicare coverage for in-home
administration of intravenous immune globulin (IVIG) and to
amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act with respect to
the application of Medicare secondary payer rules for certain
claims.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be
read a third time and passed, the motion to reconsider be considered
made and laid upon the table, and that any statements relating to the
bill be printed in the Record.
