  Mr. REID. Mr. President, we have been able to work things out, I 
hope, to everyone's satisfaction. We are going to have a rollcall vote 
early in the day on Thursday. It will be at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. It 
will be in relation to the FISA bill or the supplemental appropriations 
bill.
