IMPROPER PAYMENTS ELIMINATION AND RECOVERY IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2012
Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of H.R. 4053, which was just received from
the House and is at the desk.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 4053) to intensify efforts to identify,
prevent, and recover payment error, waste, fraud and abuse
within Federal spending.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
