                 ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2012

  Mr. MERKLEY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 11 a.m. on 
Thursday, December 20, 2012; that following the prayer and the pledge, 
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their 
use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate 
resume consideration of H.R. 1, the legislative vehicle for the 
emergency supplemental appropriations bill.
