GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTABILITY ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 6016) to amend
title 5, United States Code, to provide for administrative leave
requirements with respect to Senior Executive Service employees, and
for other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Texas (Mr. Farenthold) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.

The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
The title was amended so as to read: ``A bill to amend title 5,
United States Code, to provide for investigative leave requirements
with respect to Senior Executive Service employees, and for other
purposes.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Personal Explanation
Mr. MICA. Mr. Speaker, I was unable to make votes the evening of
Wednesday, December 19, 2012 due to my attendance of a funeral. Had I
been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcalls 637 and 638.
