      SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANY MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2012

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on 
suspending the rules and passing the bill (H.R. 6504) to amend the 
Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to provide for increased 
limitations on leverage for multiple licenses under common control, and 
for other purposes.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.

gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Chabot) that the House suspend the rules and 
pass the bill.
