TO AMEND THE REVISED ORGANIC ACT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS
Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary Committee be
discharged from further consideration of H.R. 6116 and the Senate
proceed to its consideration.

A bill (H.R. 6116) to amend the Revised Organic Act of the
Virgin Islands to provide for direct review by the United
States Supreme Court of decisions of the Virgin Islands
Supreme Court, and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
