ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2012
Mr. COONS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on
Thursday, December 13, 2012; that following the prayer and Pledge of
Allegiance, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning
hour be deemed expired and the time for the two leaders be reserved for
their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the
Senate be in a period of morning business, with Senators permitted to
speak therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the first hour equally
divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with
the Republicans controlling the first half and the majority controlling
the final half; and that following morning business, the Senate then
resume consideration of S. 3637, the FDIC TAG extension legislation,
under the previous order; finally, that the filing deadline for all
second-degree amendments to S. 3637 be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
