DESIGNATING THE RANKING OF A CERTAIN NAMED MEMBER OF A CERTAIN STANDING 
               COMMITTEE OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

  Mr. LARSON of Connecticut. Mr. Speaker, by direction of the 
Democratic Caucus, I offer a privileged resolution and ask for its 
immediate consideration.
  The Clerk read the resolution, as follows:

                              H. Res. 830

       Resolved, That Mr. Michaud shall rank above Ms. Brown of 
     Florida on the Committee on Veterans' Affairs

  The resolution was agreed to.
  A motion to reconsider was laid upon the table.
