The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will
proceed to executive session.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and
consent to the nomination of Mark E. Walker, of Florida, to be United
States District Judge for the Northern District of Florida?
