                            MORNING BUSINESS

  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore.
  Under the previous order, the Senate will be in a period of morning 
business for up to 4 hours with Senators permitted therein up to 10 
minutes each, with the majority controlling the first 30 minutes.
  Mr. REID. Madam President, I suggest the absence of a quorum.
