                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2012

  Mr. LEVIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday, 
December 3, 2012; that following the prayer and the pledge, the Journal 
of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration 
of the DOD Authorization Act, S. 3254; and that at 5 p.m. the Senate 
proceed to executive session under the previous order; further, that 
following disposition of the order with respect to the Grimm 
nomination, the Senate immediately resume consideration of S. 3254 and 
then proceed to the vote on the motion to invoke cloture; and that the 
second-degree filing deadline for amendments to S. 3254 be at 4 p.m. on 
Monday.
