                  ENFORCERS BEYOND BORDERS ACT OF 2006

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent to proceed to Calendar No. 507, 
H.R. 6131.

  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 6131) to extend the Undertaking Spam, Spyware, 
     And Fraud Enforcement With Enforcers beyond Borders Act of 
     2006, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
