         AMENDING SECTION 353 OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE ACT

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to H.R. 
6118.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 6118) to amend section 353 of the Public 
     Health Service Act with respect to suspension, revocation, 
     and limitation of laboratory certification.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I now ask that the bill be read a third time 
and passed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon 
the table, with no intervening action or debate, and any statements
