  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs be authorized to meet 
during the session of the Senate on November 14, 2012, at 2:30 p.m., to 
conduct a hearing entitled ``Oversight of Basel III: Impact of Proposed 
Capital Rules.''
