            WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION ENHANCEMENT ACT OF 2012

  Mr. UDALL of Colorado. Mr. President, I ask that the Chair lay before 
the Senate a message from the House of Representatives on S. 743.
  The Presiding Officer laid before the Senate the following message 
from the House of Representatives:
  Resolved, That the bill from the Senate, S. 743, entitled ``An Act to 
amend chapter 23 of title 5, United States Code, to clarify the 
disclosures of information protected from prohibited personnel 
practices; to require a statement in nondisclosure policies, forms, and 
agreements that such policies, forms, and agreements conform with 
certain disclosure protections; to provide certain authority for the 
Special Counsel; and for other purposes,'' do pass with an amendment.
  Mr. UDALL of Colorado. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that 
the Senate concur in the House amendment, the motion to reconsider be 
laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate, and that any 
statements relating to the matter be printed in the Record.
